discussing content from lectures and slides
observing and doing movements in live demonstrations
participating in simple experimental processes
coaching/giving feedback with a class partner
analyzing and highlighting assigned material
watching and participating with video presentation
leading group and partner activities
creating/sharing games
creating a slide based on new information from reading assignment
singing or clapping, adding percussion to music/matching rhythms
creating free-form (dance?) moves with specific Brain Gyms
swinging, rocking, and other supportive sensory life-skill activities
studying articles in Brain Gym Teacher’s Edition - presenting valuable ideas to group

The intention is to include a variety of multi-sensory movement changes and novel activities - particularly in virtual presentations - to avoid discomfort from excessive sitting or from over-focus on two-dimensional media and, of course, to add pleasure to the learning experience!
